Maintenance Controller - Lincoln

A vacancy has arisen for a Maintenance Controller to join our Fleet Management team controlling and administering a fleet of around 3500 vehicles

The post is based at TransLinc’s Head Office in Lincoln and key responsibilities will include:

• Communicating directly with both internal and external repair agents along with customers.
• Authorising repairs to given financial authority limits.
• Advising and questioning repair agents on commercial vehicle repairs and managing repair costs.

Using your knowledge and experience to quantify and authorise repair costs for a fleet which consists of Cars, LCV and HGV vehicles, you will have a flexible customer focused attitude with a good level of IT literacy.

Ideally you will have significant experience with vehicle service and maintenance procedures and be a City & Guilds (or equivalent) trained technician in Mechanical Engineering.

Salary up to £35K for exceptional candidates
