In Derby, Rolls-Royce PLC have multiple sites spread throughout the city and have selected TransLinc to provide a regular shuttle bus service for more than 11,000 staff and contractors a month. The service runs 12 hours a day, 5 days a week, 52 weeks of the year, providing a valuable link between Rolls-Royce engineering and administrative sites, the railway station and a number of hotels in Derby.

TransLinc have worked closely with Rolls-Royce PLC to manage the requirements of the service, with the result that we are able to adapt routes in response to changes within the client’s infrastructure, as production levels change at individual sites. 

We also have a long term relationship with Lincoln Minster School, providing home to school transport for over 200 pupils per day. In addition, TransLinc are able to provide all curricular and extra curricular activity transport including all the sports and field trips.

We manage all elements of the service including the servicing and maintenance of the vehicles through our own network of TransLinc workshops, accident management and vehicle recovery and replacement, taking the responsibility for entire operation service away from the corporate client.
