TransLinc is a local Lincolnshire business champion
TransLinc, the leading provider of local authority fleet management services, has been shortlisted as one of three “Winning Business’ (over £2m turnover)” finalists in the annual Lincolnshire Echo Business Awards, presented on Thursday 17th July 2008 in a ceremony at Lincoln University.
A local institution, TransLinc has been one of the Lincoln’s leading employers for 30 years and is an expert in providing local authority fleet management and passenger services options for 45 authorities nationwide. It also has a very close relationship with Lincoln City and Lincolnshire County Councils and the local community.
Paul Roberts, Managing Director of TransLinc commented on the nomination, “We employ more than 500 people within the Lincolnshire region and have a strong, experienced team behind us.
Almost all of the vehicles and services we provide directly impact members of the local community, so we are delighted to receive this nomination as recognition of that service and of the commitment and dedication of the TransLinc team.” He added.
The Lincolnshire Echo Business Award ceremony is now in its 12th year – celebrating business success and embracing excellence within the region. The awards recognise outstanding achievements, vision and performance of business and individuals from across the county.
