Maintenance Services

Regular maintenance is critical to ensuring a safe and road worthy vehicle, reducing engine emissions and avoiding downtime and disruption of service.

TransLinc has 12 service centres based in the East Midlands and North West of the UK and we augment this network by partnering with accredited independent and Local Authority workshops to provide a national service provision.

We work closely with our clients to structure a scheduled vehicles inspection cycle in order to identify any problems at an early stage. We manage the vehicle servicing schedule in line with the manufacturers’ guidelines, as well as pre MOT preparation and statutory taxi MOT testing as part of a Local Authority provision.

The TransLinc service centre network also deals with any unexpected incidents as they happen such as driver identified defects or vehicle breakdowns.

TransLinc service centres maintain around 2500 vehicles per year and the quality of the service that we offer is paramount. All of our Motor Vehicle Technicians have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair and 10 of our 12 sites have ISO 9001 accreditation, with the remaining two to be accredited in 2008.
