We provide a range of vehicle fleet management services to local authorities and public sector clients under Framework Agreements. City of Sunderland Council appointed us as part of a five-year framework agreement and we now supply and run around 120 out of the authority’s 300-strong fleet.

Our value for money approach across a wide range of vehicles and an ability to manage the authority’s maintenance processes were two key reasons for winning the contract.

Our flexible approach to working with all authority and supplier partners sees us managing all maintenance scheduling, reporting and budgeting alongside the private sector across the whole fleet.

Sunderland has always used the private sector (local dealers) for servicing, which we incorporated into our maintenance management without fuss.

We provide a diverse range of both standard and highly specialised vehicles to Sunderland on a fully maintained contract hire basis, including small vans, minibuses, 4x4s, street cleansing equipment and even ground maintenance equipment. Working with Sunderland’s internal fleet team and external manufacturers and bodybuilders ensures vehicles purchased are the most suitable vehicle to suit individual operating requirements.
